Ever been motivated for a day, a week, a month?

You come up with a plan for a big project – a new exercise regiment or the launch of a new business and for the first few weeks you’re excited to get to work.

You’re making progress then slowly but surely a little laziness creeps in.

You brush it off.

A week or two passes and you start missing sessions.

A little doubt starts to emerge.

This doubt grows bigger and bigger, chipping away your motivation. Before you know it, your drive is completely gone.

You find yourself back at square one, nothing finished, and a very uninspired to start back up again or continue.
