The Illusion of Happiness
Before this book, I’ve always thought happiness was something you strive for.
That success was necessary to be happy.
How wrong I was.
Happiness is available this very second.
When you let go of the illusions your mind’s created around what it takes to be happy, things change drastically.

Who Can Benefit
I’d recommend this book to anyone, but if you’re…
- new to personal development,
- bouncing back from a shortcoming
- are someone who chases lofty goals
…this book is a must read.
What I didn’t Like

If you’re familiar with meditation, mindfulness, and the like, it may seem a bit dull at first.
But hang in there. The proof is in the pudding.
